Start Up Collaboration
This 5 person startup needed email and collaboration. Past that, they also needed secure endpoints. With a full Microsoft 365 implementation, device management, and endpoint security – this startup is now collaborating and serving their customers while their technology works for them.
Retail Optimization
This retail operation had been operating without any inventory management and had a legacy cash register. We provided an all in one, cloud based point-of-sale that provided inventory, payroll, secure credit card processing, etc. This project allows this business to operate in a modern way, while serving their customers quickly.
Secure Banking
This regional bank got their security assessment results and weren’t sure how to implement some of the items necessary. We stepped in to provide the right path forward for their cloud and email security and guided them through implementation. Other recent project examples
A small credit union in Iowa had their email on a hosted email platform and they were unsure of their security. We picked up their mailboxes and migrated them to Microsoft 365. Along with this migration, we performed the Microsoft 365 tenant setup, security, and device management. This credit union is in a much better place now!
A local coffee shop was having complaints of spotty wifi and wanted to ensure their patrons were using their wifi appropriately. We partnered with a low voltage contractor to ensure the cabling was correct, then installed WiFi access points, a new firewall, and configured captive portals. These configurations and setup now allow for safe browsing for the patrons and give the owners new peace of mind.
A financial services firm inquired asking for assistance with their passwordless journey. While they have users sync’d to Microsoft 365 using Entra ID connect, we were still able to proceed with a proof-of-concept using Windows Hello for Business and removing/resetting the users’ passwords. After this process, we adjusted their onboarding process for all new users to not even get a password! Users login with their own biometrics now and the firm is even more secure than before!
A local photography and videography business was having constraints when processing and editing videos for their customers. They needed a solution that would scale as their resolutions and quality increased. We configured a Network Attached Storage solution with 10 gigabit ethernet to allow for their team to all collaborate on their projects in real time. This storage solution has greatly reduced their clutter of external hard drives and increased their speed of ingestion and processing.
